The newly emerging SBU facility at the Wrocław airport is another investment from Ideal Idea, providing unique and flexible business spaces of the highest quality.
They were instantly appreciated by the market, making City Park Wrocław II fully leased long before the completion of construction.
City Park Wrocław II is already the second Lower Silesian project in the SBU model – „Small Business Units” implemented by the company Ideal Idea, which is a pioneer in implementing this type of solution in Poland. SBU facilities from Ideal Idea can be used both as small warehouses and representative offices, which offer many adaptation possibilities and optimize processes, contributing to increasing the profit of many industries.

As part of the expansion of City Park Wrocław, two new buildings will be constructed: H3 and H4. After their construction, the park's area will exceed 20,000 sqm. In the emerging facilities, the investor offered larger warehouse modules - from 700 sqm upwards and modern offices from 110 sqm. In the case of this investment, each of the buildings under construction was leased in its entirety to two independent Tenants.
The City Park Wrocław project will be built in accordance with BREEAM standards. This fact confirms that Ideal Idea meets important requirements in areas such as: care for the environment, innovation, optimization of operating costs, or work comfort.

City Park Wrocław II is located in the immediate vicinity of the Wrocław Mikołaj Kopernik Airport, which is only 10 km away from the center of the Lower Silesian capital. The Airport in Wrocław is an important transit point in Central Europe, which in 2021 handled over 1.4 million passengers and 111,200 tons of cargo. Additionally, the new business park from Ideal Idea has convenient public transport connections, as well as excellent access to the S8 route (A8-Wrocław bypass), connecting to the A4 motorway (E40).
The completion of construction and commissioning of the new City Park Wrocław II is planned for the turn of the 1st and 2nd quarter of 2023.
