Cogito EU to join the tenant list at MLP Gliwice

A supplier of construction machinery parts has leased 4,500 sq m of modern space at the MLP Gliwice logistics center. Cogito EU will gain access to the new facility in November of this year.

MLP Group has concluded a new long-term lease agreement at the MLP Gliwice logistics center. A supplier of construction machinery parts has leased 4,500 sq m of modern space. It will use over 4,300 sq m of space for warehouse purposes. The remaining part will consist of modern social and office spaces. As part of the external areas, Cogito EU will use dedicated parking spaces for trucks and passenger cars. In accordance with the agreement, the tenant will gain access to the new facility in November of this year.

Cogito EU specializes in the comprehensive supply of parts for Caterpillar, Volvo and JCB machinery. It carries out sales worldwide.

MLP Gliwice is a modern logistics center consisting of 3 modern class A warehouse halls with a total leasable area of approximately 53,000 sq m. MLP Gliwice is located just 6 km north of the center of Gliwice. A major convenience is the proximity of the A1 motorway (Tri-City – Czech border) and national road No. 78, which connects the Park with the airport in Katowice.
