Colquimica Adhesives continues with SEGRO

Colquimica Adhesives, a global manufacturer of industrial adhesives, has extended its lease agreement for 7,300 m2 of warehouse space located at SEGRO Logistics Park Poznań, Komorniki. The company has also decided to lease additional space in a newly constructed warehouse facility, thereby increasing its operations in the park to over 11,000 m2.

Colquimica Adhesives has been present at SEGRO Logistics Park Poznań, Komorniki for seven years. Due to dynamic growth and increased production capacity, the company decided not only to extend its presence in the currently leased warehouse property but also to lease 3,800 m2 of space located in a new building, which was created thanks to SEGRO acquiring new land and expanding the Poznań logistics park. The facilities dedicated to Colquimica Adhesives feature customized technical solutions tailored to the specifics of the client's industry. One of these is the design of the warehouse section with higher fire resistance standards – 20,000 MJ/m2.

Colquimica Adhesives is one of the leading manufacturers and distributors of hot-melt adhesives in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) markets and, more recently, in the American market. In four factories (in Portugal, Poland, and the United States), 65,000 tons of high-quality adhesives are produced annually and delivered to 50 countries around the world.
