Construction of 7R Park Gdańsk III has begun. Complex SAD is the first tenant

7R is starting another project in Pomerania. Construction of 7R Park Gdańsk III has just begun in Barniewice. The first tenant is the company Complex SAD.

7R Park Gdańsk III is being built in Barniewice, near the Tricity bypass. Thus, the warehouses will be located near the international airport with a cargo terminal, the seaports in Gdynia and Gdańsk, while also being perfectly connected to the Tricity. Ultimately, the project will consist of two halls (their area is over 80 and nearly 32 thousand sqm), which will offer a total of over 112 thousand sqm of modern warehouse space.

The first tenant of 7R Park Gdańsk III is the logistics company Complex SAD, which has been serving, among others, companies that import and export goods from outside the European Union for over 20 years, provides logistics services, and has its own customs agency. Complex SAD will move into the 7R warehouse in the second quarter of 2024 and will occupy 12,300 sqm there. 

The Tricity combines modernity, broad development prospects, and an attractive location, making it a unique place on the country's map. Hence the decision to launch another warehouse here, which we will use. 7R Park Gdańsk III will have numerous pro-ecological solutions that will allow tenants to save on energy costs. The warehouses will be equipped with, among other things, photovoltaics, roof skylights providing access to natural light, and energy-efficient LED lighting. For motorists, electric vehicle charging stations have been provided. The facility will also feature flower meadows, insect hotels, and beehives. All these solutions will allow for applying for BREEAM certification at the Excellent level.

7R Park Gdańsk III will also include amenities for employees. A relaxation zone is planned on its premises, which will feature urban furniture designed by young artists as part of the „7R Warehouse of art ‘Young art for the planet’” competition.
