Construction of a new warehouse begins at the Hillwood Częstochowa-Miasto logistics park

Hillwood Polska has started construction of another building as part of the Hillwood Częstochowa-Miasto investment. The new hall will have an area of nearly 19,000 sqm.

Hillwood Częstochowa-Miasto is a modern warehouse complex consisting of two halls with a total area of almost 62,000 sqm. The facility is located within the city limits, on ul. Wojska Polskiego (national road no. 91), just 7 kilometers from the A1 motorway, connecting the south with the north of Poland. The first building of the complex, with an area of 43,000 sqm, has already been nearly 90% commercialized.

The construction of the second building, which has just begun, will cover nearly 19,000 sqm of modern warehouse space. Already at the implementation stage, 5,200 sqm has been leased to a company from the interior design industry. The contractor for the logistics hall is the company Rex-Bud Budownictwo.

“The dynamic development of the project in Częstochowa reflects our commitment to creating modern warehouse spaces tailored to the needs of demanding tenants. A huge advantage of this investment is its location within the city limits and access to qualified employees, which provides significant support for achieving the business goals of companies already operating in the first building of the complex. We are pleased that at such an early stage of the second hall's construction, we can already welcome the first tenant. This confirms the attractiveness of our investment, which, thanks to its proximity to major transport routes, including the A1 motorway, is becoming one of the most important points on the logistics map of Poland. We believe that both the potential of Częstochowa and the high quality of the facilities we offer will attract further tenants” – says Adam Broekere, Leasing Manager at Hillwood Polska.

Hillwood Częstochowa-Miasto stands out with modern solutions in the field of sustainable development. The complex is equipped with a photovoltaic installation and electric vehicle chargers, and both buildings have been designed in accordance with the requirements of BREEAM certification at the Excellent level. As in all Hillwood investments, energy-efficient LED lighting will be installed in the newly constructed hall. The facilities will meet the highest standards in terms of fire load – above 4000 MJ/sqm. A spacious parking lot, dedicated to tenants and their clients, will also be built on the premises of the warehouse center.
