Construction of A2 Warsaw Park completed

Panattoni has completed the construction of the largest warehouse facility in the Warsaw area – A2 Warsaw Park. The building with an area of nearly 104,000 sq m was built in Adamów, right next to the „Grodzisk Mazowiecki” junction of the A2 motorway. Thanks to this location, nearly half of the space made available by the developer has already been leased.

A2 Warsaw Park is the largest logistics building project by Panattoni not only in the vicinity of Grodzisk Mazowiecki, but also in the entire Warsaw region. The first tenants of the space in the latest Panattoni investment are primarily logistics operators, such as Raben Logistics Polska (30,100 sq m), ID Logistics (nearly 7,300 sq m) and DSV (almost 12,000 sq m).

A2 Warsaw Park offers nearly 104,000 sq m of warehouse and production space within a single building. It is 794 meters long in total, and 169 meters wide at its widest point. Its construction required, among other things, 7,000 cubic meters of precast concrete elements, 708 columns, 1.7 tons of structural steel, and 18,000 cubic meters of concrete were poured for the floor. Nearly 21,000 sq m of sandwich panels and 69,000 sq m of paving stones were also used.

The facility can serve tenants from various industries for both storage and light production. It has convenient maneuvering areas and ground-level entry gates. It is equipped with LED lighting and meets the BREEAM certification standards at the GOOD level.

„This is one of the most ideal locations for a distribution and logistics center in the Warsaw area. It allows not only for efficient service of the capital's market, but also the entire country. The nearby A2 motorway is also important for international logistics traffic. It is close from here to Germany, which is, after all, our largest trading partner. Last year, trade between our countries reached a value of over 123 billion euros” – explains Marek Dobrzycki, Managing Director, Panattoni.

It is no wonder that Panattoni has long appreciated this location. Here alone, including Panattoni Park Grodzisk I, II and III as well as BTS-type projects, the developer has already delivered over 300,000 sq m.

A2 Warsaw Park is located in Adamów, just 500 meters from the direct exit to the A2 motorway in both directions. The center of Grodzisk is 4 km away and Warsaw – 30 km.
