Panattoni in a joint venture with DH Capital have finalized the completion of Panattoni Appliance Park with an investment value of 18 million EUR. The 30,000 sqm park was built in the largest logistics complex in Europe - Central European Logistics Hub.

Panattoni and DH Capital, as a result of a joint venture, have completed the construction of Panattoni Appliance Park with an investment value of 18 million EUR. The 30,000 sqm park is part of the Panattoni Central European Logistics Hub and was built primarily for the needs of the largest dishwasher factory in Europe, BSH Sprzęt Gospodarstwa Domowego sp. z o.o. (58,500 sqm), also developed by the developer. Today, Panattoni Appliance Park is 90 percent leased, and it houses manufacturers and suppliers of components produced in the appliance manufacturing plant, whose transport operations are facilitated by a direct road connection to the BSH factory. The park is also an example of a business cluster - a business environment of cooperating tenants in a geographically concentrated space.

DH Capital is a private investor in the commercial real estate market, also investing in industrial facilities dedicated to light manufacturing and the broadly defined supply chain – from BTS investments, through business parks, to urban logistics. DH Capital's investment activities include private equity ventures, acquiring real estate through co-investment and co-ownership strategies, and asset management.

Panattoni Central European Logistics Hub is the largest logistics complex in Europe being created by Panattoni, with a planned area of 600,000 sqm. The investment is located on Jędrzejowska street in Łódź, right next to the A1 – the only Polish north-south motorway. The Hub is located just 30 km from the Łódź Północ junction, which is the intersection of the A1 and A2 motorways. Today, the completion of the Central European Logistics Hub is approaching the halfway point. As part of the investment, 370,000 sqm have been built, and another 40,000 sqm are under construction. Companies that have already decided to develop in the Hub include BSH Sprzęt Gospodarstwa Domowego, Media Expert, and SMYK. The Hub is driving the development of the New Industrial District of Łódź with the potential to create 7,000 jobs.
