Construction of Panattoni Park Łódź South II with an area of 57,300 sqm has begun.

Panattoni, the leader of the industrial space market in Europe, has started a new investment in the Łódź Voivodeship: Panattoni Park Łódź South II with a target area of 57,300 sqm. The facility will be located in close proximity to the junction of the A1 motorway and DK 12.

Over 1.5 million square meters in the Łódź Voivodeship in the Panattoni portfolio. In 2022 alone, the developer delivered over 350,000 sqm of industrial space in the Łódź region and started the implementation of another 96,000. With the New Year, the company is not slowing down its investment pace and is launching another project. The construction of Panattoni Park Łódź South II is planned in a single phase. The building will reach a height of twelve meters and will undergo environmental certification using the BREEAM method at the Excellent level.

- Panattoni has been developing industrial facilities in the Central Poland region since the beginning of its operations in the country. We are constantly expanding our portfolio in Łódź itself, but we are also constantly opening new locations – such as Tuszyn, where similar projects were previously lacking – emphasizes Katarzyna Kujawiak, Development Director at Panattoni. – This is a compact facility, the area of which can be comfortably divided between 2-3 tenants.

As part of Panattoni Park Łódź South II, the developer is focusing on numerous solutions in the field of user wellbeing – including ensuring increased access to light, or providing office spaces tested for acoustics, thermal comfort, and air quality. In turn, the planned high level of certification will allow future clients to be well prepared for increasingly stringent standards regarding the impact of business on the environment.

Panattoni Park Łódź South II is located in Central Poland, in the immediate vicinity of the junction of DK12 with the A1 motorway connecting the north of the country with the south. The facility will undergo environmental certification at the BREEAM Excellent level and will be equipped with numerous energy and water saving solutions.
