Construction of the MLP Gliwice park completed

MLP Group has completed the construction of the MLP Gliwice logistics park in Upper Silesia. The center features three modern class A warehouse facilities, already fully leased, with a total area of 44,377 sq m. 

The implementation of the MLP Gliwice project began in 2017 and was completed at the end of the second quarter of 2020. The investment consists of 3 modern class A warehouse halls with a total leasable area of 44,377 sq m. The first tenant of the park was Żabka Polska, the largest chain of small convenience grocery stores. The group uses a total of approx. 25,000 sq m of warehouse space, of which approx. 4,000 sq m consists of cold storage and freezers. Another 11,000 sq m was taken by Just in Time, an entity providing logistics outsourcing services, which uses the warehouse space primarily for storing goods. The group of tenants at MLP Gliwice is completed by InPost, the largest independent logistics operator in Poland providing modern services for individual and institutional clients, including comprehensive services dedicated to the e-commerce industry.   

InPost has been a client of MLP Group since 2019 and rents a total of over 26,000 sq m of modern space from the company in three key locations in Poland. In the MLP Gliwice logistics complex, the company has just taken over an investment implemented in a build-to-suit system, equipped with cross-docks used, among other things, for efficient transshipment, picking, and handling of courier shipments.

MLP Gliwice is located in Szałsza in the Zbrosławice municipality, just 6 km north of the center of Gliwice. The park is situated at the Zabrze Zachód junction, connecting the A1 motorway (Tri-City-Łódź-Czech border) with national road No. 78 (Gliwice-Katowice International Airport in Pyrzowice). This excellent location makes MLP Gliwice an attractive place for many areas of activity.
