Construction of the third hall at Panattoni Park Bielsko-Biała IV begins

Panattoni has started the construction of the third hall at Panattoni Park Bielsko Biała IV, which will have an area of nearly 40,000 sq m. Polmotors has leased as much as 22,000 sq m. The company's production plant will employ approx. 1,000 people and will allow for serving markets around the world. Upon completion, Panattoni Park Bielsko Biała IV will comprise 3 buildings with a total area of over 100,000 sq m. The complex is already close to full commercialization.

Panattoni has delivered over a quarter of a million sq m of industrial space in the Bielsko-Biała region. This result testifies to the attractiveness of the location, which provides excellent connections with, among others, Katowice, Kraków, or the Czech city of Ostrava. The developer's largest investment in the region is Panattoni Park Bielsko-Biała IV, which has already reached over 60,000 sq m within two buildings, and now the company is starting the construction of another hall with an area of over 39,000 sq m.

"The business potential of Bielsko-Biała is not waning, which is confirmed by, among others, regional and national rankings. According to the Ranking of Communes of the Silesian Voivodeship, it is the second most attractive location for business after Katowice among 19 cities with county rights. Meanwhile, in the same category, but in the nationwide ranking of local governments by Rzeczpospolita, the city took 6th place. Of course, the best confirmation is hard data – our largest project in the Bielsko-Biała region, which will ultimately occupy over 100,000 sq m, is already almost completely commercialized" – says Marek Dobrzycki, Managing Director at Panattoni - "Furthermore, the lease of over 20,000 sq m by Polmotors once again confirms the attractiveness of the Podbeskidzie region as an automotive hub, which concentrates a large part of the industry's production resources and companies participating in supply chains for key players" – he adds.

Polmotors, a manufacturer and distributor of body structures, has been associated with Bielsko-Biała from the very beginning of its operations, and currently provides solutions for global automotive industry leaders such as VW, BMW, AUDI, or PSA. The company has previously used space within Panattoni Park Bielsko-Biała II. Growing volumes and general development became the motivation for relocating to the facility being built in the region, which provided more space and a higher degree of customization. At Panattoni Park Bielsko-Biała IV, Polmotors will use 21,700 sq m, which will consist of production and warehouse space as well as 1,300 sq m of offices.

International location. Panattoni Park Bielsko-Biała IV is located less than 30 minutes from the border with the Czech Republic and less than an hour from the border with Slovakia, which creates excellent conditions for serving Central European countries. Furthermore, the location almost on the border of the Silesian and Lesser Poland voivodeships ensures a good connection with both Kraków and Katowice as well as other cities in the region.
