Construction of UrbanBox Park Gliwice has started

European industrial and logistics space developer, ILD, has started construction of UrbanBox Park Gliwice, an innovative Small Business Units (SBU) warehouse and business complex.

UrbanBox Park Gliwice has been designed with flexibility and a wide range of activities in mind – from logistics and distribution, through workshop activities, to showrooms and office space. Modules in the first phase of the project will have an area from 211 to 252 sqm and a net height of seven meters. The investment is equipped with modern technical solutions, including sectional doors measuring 3.5 by 4.20 meters and a durable floor with a load capacity of 5T/sqm. A loading and unloading zone is provided in front of each warehouse, and all key utilities will be brought to the premises: gas, water, electricity, telecommunications, and sewage. Private parking spaces are an additional advantage. Tenants or owners can independently adapt the modules to their needs.

The direct location at the A1/A4 junction ensures excellent road connections both with the Silesian agglomeration and the rest of the country, as well as quick access to foreign markets, including the Czech Republic, Germany, and Ukraine. The location in a dynamic industrial zone further strengthens the project's attractiveness among companies looking for modern and well-connected space for their business.
