Dekpol Budownictwo has completed the implementation of CTPark Warsaw North. The investment area covers 64 thousand m2. This is the first project by Dekpol Budownictwo for the international investor CTP. The building was completed to a "turnkey" standard.
CTPark Warsaw North was built approximately 25 kilometers from the capital, in the town of Łomna-Las. The company Dekpol Budownictwo completed the warehouse space, production space, and accompanying infrastructure, including office parts, in an express time of 8 months. The building was completed to a "turnkey" standard.
