Częstochowa is strengthening its position on the logistics map of Poland. CTP has confirmed the development of a new logistics and industrial park, which will provide over 100,000 sqm of modern space for companies from the logistics, warehousing, distribution, and light manufacturing sectors.
The new investment will be built directly next to the A1 motorway, one of the most important transport routes in the country.
Over 100,000 sqm of modern space
CTPark Częstochowa will ultimately offer 100,060 sqm of leasable space. The complex will consist of two buildings:
- a hall with an area of 57,152 sqm,
- a hall with an area of 42,908 sqm.
The facilities will be developed in the CTSpace formula, designed primarily for large logistics operators and companies engaged in manufacturing and distribution activities.
Location next to the A1 motorway
One of the greatest advantages of the investment will be direct access to the A1 motorway, which is part of the European TEN-T transport network.
Thanks to this, tenants will gain efficient connections to:
- the Silesian agglomeration,
- the Tricity ports,
- Central and Eastern European markets,
- major logistics centers in Poland.
An additional advantage is the proximity of Katowice Airport in Pyrzowice, which can be reached in about 40 minutes.
A project for large logistics operators
The park has been designed for companies handling large volumes of goods. The facilities will be equipped with a cross-dock layout, which streamlines transshipment and reduces transport handling time.
The investor has also provided for increased access to daylight. Natural lighting is to reach 12.5 percent of the area, which will positively affect work comfort and reduce energy consumption.
Częstochowa strengthens its logistics position
The growing interest of investors shows that Częstochowa is becoming an increasingly important point on the warehouse map of Poland. The attractiveness of the location is determined by both transport connections, access to employees, and the industrial traditions of the region.
Its location between Upper Silesia and central Poland makes the city a natural place for companies operating domestic and international supply chains.
Green solutions in the new park
The project will be implemented in accordance with the principles of sustainable development. The investment includes, among others:
- preparation of roofs for photovoltaic installations,
- water recovery and recycling systems,
- electric vehicle charging stations,
- bicycle paths,
- green areas and small architecture elements,
- recreational zones for employees.
Another major investment on the warehouse map of Poland
CTPark Częstochowa fits into the growing interest in modern logistics spaces located along key transport corridors. The scale of the project and its strategic location next to the A1 motorway mean that the investment has a chance to become one of the most important logistics centers in the northern part of the Silesian Voivodeship.
For Częstochowa, this means not only an increase in available warehouse space, but also more jobs and further strengthening of the city's position as an attractive location for business.
