Danish company to launch production near Poznań. 10,000 sqm in Panattoni Park Poznań East II

Production and logistics in one place

The new location will serve as a production and logistics facility. The facility will manufacture, among other things, acoustic panels and solutions that improve acoustic comfort in offices, schools, and public buildings.

Combining production, warehousing, and office space in one area will allow the company to better organize processes and increase operational efficiency.

Investment tailored to the tenant's needs

The choice of location was primarily related to the high technical standard of the facility and the possibility of adapting it to the specifics of production activities. The location near the company's existing headquarters was also significant, enabling a smooth transfer of operations and maintaining business continuity.

The new space is intended to support the further development of the company's business and increase the scale of operations in Poland.

BREEAM Excellent certificate and high standard

Panattoni Park Poznań East II holds a BREEAM Excellent level environmental certificate, which confirms high energy efficiency and the use of solutions promoting sustainable development.

The facility was designed to meet the requirements of both logistics and production companies.

Poznań attracts investors

The complex is located near the A2 motorway and the S5 and S11 expressways, which provides very good transport connections on a national and international scale.

Panattoni Park Poznań East II offers approximately 37,000 sqm of space, and among the tenants is also the logistics operator Geodis, which has leased approximately 8,500 sqm.

Greater Poland strengthens its position as a logistics hub

The new Kvadrat Acoustics investment confirms the growing importance of the Poznań agglomeration as one of the key warehouse and production markets in Poland. The region attracts companies thanks to its developed infrastructure, convenient location on the east-west axis, and access to qualified staff.
