DeeZee moves into the Logicor logistics center in Kraków

DeeZee, one of the largest online women's footwear stores in Poland, has leased over 3,500 sqm of warehouse space at the Logicor logistics center in Kraków. In the negotiation process, DeeZee was represented by experts from MAXON Nieruchomości.

Logicor Kraków logistics center has gained a new tenant - it is DeeZee, an e-commerce company operating in the footwear market since 2004, and recently also in women's clothing. The company has leased over 3,700 sqm, including 3,540 sqm of warehouse space and nearly 200 sqm of office space. From the new location, DeeZee will serve the domestic market as well as foreign markets.

"We were looking for a modern A-class facility, and the Logicor warehouse in Kraków met our expectations mainly due to its convenient location, quick availability, and appropriate module layout." – emphasizes Marcin Grzesiak, Member of the Board at DeeZee.

Logicor Kraków is a logistics center offering over 21,000 sqm of modern warehouse and office space. A huge advantage of the Park is its location. The Logicor Kraków logistics center is located in close proximity to the DK 44 transport hub and the A4 motorway, guaranteeing fast and efficient logistics. Moreover, it is only 10 km from the very center of Kraków, which ensures access to qualified employees.
