Dekpol to build a production hall in Elbląg

Dekpol Budownictwo has become the general contractor for Dobra Nowina I near Elbląg. The investment will be part of a logistics and production park that will be built by the S7 expressway, between Gdańsk and Warsaw. The investor is the company Delta.

The location of Dobra Nowina I, by the expressway connecting Warsaw with the Tri-City, creates ideal conditions for the operations of production and distribution companies. The total area of the facility, for which Delta is the investor, will amount to over 13,000 sqm. The internal height of the building will be 10 meters. There will be 10 overhead cranes, each with a lifting capacity of 20 tons, with the possibility of working in tandem. The facility will also be equipped with an economical heating system.

"Dobra Nowina I constitutes a key element of the logistics, warehouse and production complex, which will be located in a strategic location near Elbląg, by the S7 expressway, connecting Gdańsk and Warsaw. The project is the first step towards a modern logistics and production park, which in the future will be expanded with another facility of the highest standard - Dobra Nowina II." - said Mariusz Hejnowicz, owner of the company Delta.

The contractor and investor have also taken care of the building's surroundings. The area will be illuminated, monitored and guarded 24 hours a day.

We are pleased that the investor has appreciated our extensive experience in the implementation of production facilities and decided to cooperate with us again. We hope that Dobra Nowina I will open a new chapter in the development of local and nationwide business." - adds Adam Olżyński, Commercial Director at Dekpol Budownictwo.

Dobra Nowina I will create new jobs for hundreds of people. In connection with this, Delta offers a Work Service, which consists of support in acquiring potential warehouse workers, production workers, overhead crane operators, forklift operators, etc.

The facility will be prepared for BREEAM certification, which is a confirmation of the high quality of the project and care for the environment.
