Delta Trans extends lease at Hillwood Ruda Śląska
Delta Trans Group, one of the largest logistics operators in Poland, has extended its lease for 18,000 sqm of warehouse space at Hillwood Ruda Śląska.
The Delta Trans Group consists of two companies – Delta Trans Transporte and Delta Trans Logistik. Operating for over 30 years, this operator is one of the largest entities in Poland offering logistics services. From the very beginning, the Group's offer has included international transport and customs clearance, and over time, its business profile has expanded to include goods warehousing services, pallet repair, and the production of transport containers and steel structures. Currently, in its daily operations, the Delta Trans Group utilizes 7 branches and a fleet consisting of over 300 vehicles.
The Group's main headquarters is a logistics center in Świętochłowice, where approximately 120,000 sqm of warehouse and production space is available to both companies. The company also owns a warehouse in Chorzów.

Its favorable location means that tenants have convenient access to both the Katowice International Airport in Pyrzowice and national road No. 925 (Rybnik-Bytom).
