Delta Trans is growing in Ruda Śląska
The Delta Trans Group, which has been operating on the Polish market as a logistics operator for over 30 years, has renegotiated its lease agreement and expanded its space in Ruda Śląska in a property managed by Savills Investment Management.
The Delta Trans Group is currently one of the largest logistics operators in Poland. The Group consists of two companies – Delta Trans Transporte and Delta Trans Logistik. Since the beginning of its operations, the company has been involved in international transport and customs clearance. Over time, the Group's offer has expanded to include further services, such as warehousing of goods, production outsourcing, as well as the design and production of steel structures and specialized transport containers.– Regular investments in the development and maintenance of our existing infrastructure, as well as the implementation of modern IT solutions that increase the quality and efficiency of the services provided, have been part of our company's operations from the very beginning. The warehouse, managed by Savills Investment Management, offers tenants modern warehouse and office space. The advantage of the facility is easy access to a qualified workforce and its location in the Silesia region. It is located just 7 km from Ruda Śląska and 17 km from the center of Katowice, 1.5 km from the Drogowa Trasa Średnicowa, which connects 6 cities of the Upper Silesian conurbation.
