Developer MDC2 Park Gliwice announces a new tenant from the IT sector

MDC2 – a developer of sustainable warehouse and logistics space operating on the Polish market, together with the investor – Invesco Real Estate, have finalized the lease of 10,784 sqm of space at MDC2 Park Gliwice.

The tenant is an international company providing comprehensive IT solutions for energy markets, service providers, and industrial enterprises.

MDC2 Park Gliwice is being developed to the BREEAM New Construction standard at the highest level, Outstanding. Such a high rating is possible thanks to the use of a range of solutions that increase the energy efficiency of the buildings, as well as a well-thought-out environment that preserves biodiversity, prepared with the well-being of employees and guests of the facility in mind.

MDC2 Park Gliwice consists of 3 warehouse buildings with a total area of 57,000 sqm. The logistics center is located at the junction of two motorways: the A4, which runs through Poland from east to west, starting from Ukraine, through Germany to Spain, and the A1, running from north to south, connecting Baltic ports with the Mediterranean Sea. The surrounding transport routes also include a network of national roads, including the local Drogowa Trasa Średnicowa – extremely popular in the Upper Silesian Agglomeration.

Thanks to a well-thought-out technological concept that increases the energy efficiency of the buildings, the facility stands out on the warehouse space market, gaining recognition from tenants for whom the development of innovation in this industry is very important.
