DHL and DL Invest Group to expand logistics center in Psary
DHL Supply Chain Polska and DL Invest Group have signed a cooperation agreement regarding the joint development of the DL Invest Park Psary logistics center in the Silesian Voivodeship, with a total area of over 200,000 m2. A novel concept will be created at DL Invest Park Psary, combining a production, warehouse, and distribution center with innovative logistics services.

By combining our global logistics experience with the development experience of DL Invest Group, we will be able to offer our clients the best target solutions; a combination of modern, tailor-made space with dedicated logistics support" - said CEO of DHL Supply Chain for the CEE region Andries Retief.
On a plot of over 40 ha, a complementary logistics campus will be built, offering professional logistics services and supply chain optimization in A-class, green buildings adapted to the individual needs of tenants. The investor of the project will be DHL, which will also be substantively responsible for the logistics part of the investment. DL Invest Group will act as a managing partner responsible for general contracting and managing the implementation process.Currently, there are two fully leased buildings on the investment site with an area of approx. 31,000 m2. Another building with an area of approx. 24,000 m2 will be commissioned in September of this year, the next stage of the project with an area of 14,000 m2 will be ready in the 4th quarter of this year. In subsequent stages, approx. 130,000 m2 of modern warehouse space will be built. The parties' assumption is the possibility of delivering the target space for clients within 8-10 months from the date of signing the lease agreement.
