Fortress Logistics Real Estate has signed a five-year lease agreement with Domitech. One of the largest independent distributors of professional tools and power tools in Poland will occupy over 7.4 thousand sqm of space in Fortress Logistics Park Bydgoszcz.

The new agreement covers warehouse and office space, which Domitech will use for the next five years.
The transaction also marks the full commercialization of another hall in the complex. The entire Fortress Logistics Park Bydgoszcz is currently almost fully leased.
Domitech expands its warehouse facilities
Domitech is one of the largest independent distributors of professional tools and power tools on the Polish market. The company chose the Bydgoszcz facility due to, among other things, its location and the technical standard of the offered space.
The new facilities will provide the space needed to carry out processes related to the warehousing and distribution of products.
Fortress Logistics Park Bydgoszcz close to full commercialization
Fortress Logistics Park Bydgoszcz is a Class A warehouse complex designed for, among others, companies from the logistics, distribution, and e-commerce sectors.
The park offers modern solutions supporting operational efficiency and reducing the environmental impact of operations.
Signing the agreement with Domitech means that another hall has been fully leased, and the commercialization level of the entire complex has approached 100 percent. This confirms the sustained interest in modern warehouse spaces on the Bydgoszcz market.
