The group of tenants at the MLP Czeladź logistics center will expand to include Dorel Polska. The owner of the Maxi-Cosi brand, which offers car seats and strollers for children, has contracted a total of just over 3,500 sqm of modern space, of which over 3,200 sqm will be used for warehouse purposes. Another 280 sqm will consist of modern social and office spaces. According to the arrangements, the tenant will be able to use the dedicated spaces from December this year.
– We are very pleased to announce the establishment of cooperation with a new tenant. The MLP Czeladź logistics center was designed and built from the very beginning based on a sustainable development policy. The certificates obtained confirm the highest standard, a friendly work environment, and attention to detail, including environmental responsibility. This is appreciated by tenants, whose numbers are systematically growing – said Tomasz Pietrzak, Leasing Director Poland at MLP Group S.A.
Dorel Polska is a representative of the Canadian company Dorel Industries Inc., specializing in the production of children's articles, furniture, and other recreational products. In Poland, the company focuses on the sale of children's products, such as car seats and strollers, offering, among others, the renowned Maxi-Cosi brand.
Currently, the company is planning a relocation from Sosnowiec to a modern logistics center in Czeladź. This strategic decision aims to further optimize logistics processes and raise customer service standards. Dorel Industries Inc., founded in 1962, is a global leader in the production of children's articles and furniture, employing approximately 3,900 people in 22 countries around the world.
MLP Czeladź is a modern logistics center under construction, which, upon completion, will consist of four class A buildings offering a total of 68,332 sqm of warehouse and production space. The investment is being built on a 15.5-hectare plot.
MLP Czeladź is a park that is particularly attractive to customers due to its excellent location near major roads. The park is well connected to the junction linking the A4 motorway with the S1 expressway; additionally, it is located in the vicinity of the S86 expressway from Łódź to Tychy, 15 km from the Katowice airport and 11 km from the center of Katowice.
In accordance with the „build & hold” strategy, MLP Group maintains its logistics parks in its portfolio after construction is completed and manages them independently. All projects implemented by the Group are also distinguished by the very attractive location of the logistics parks, the use of built-to-suit solutions, and support for the tenant during the lease agreement.
