Dot2Dot Group possesses one of the most modern machine parks in Poland. In its three plants in Gdańsk, Poznań, and Warsaw, it employs 500 people and has a production capacity of one million packages per year. In November, the company will move its Gdańsk headquarters to 7R Park Gdańsk II, where it will occupy over 7,500 sqm of space divided into a warehouse area (approx. 2,000 sqm) and production area (approx. 5,000 sqm), as well as a two-story office measuring nearly 1,350 sqm.
"In our new location at 7R Park Gdańsk II in Kowale, we will carry out a range of operations that make up the production of high-class packaging for our clients from Poland and Europe. Die-cutting and embossing, folding and gluing, film laminating, offset printing, hot and cold stamping, and flexo printing are just some of the activities that we will carry out in parallel in the occupied building. Cooperation with the developer 7R at an early stage of planning our new headquarters allowed us to properly prepare the space for our many needs, from production to office, which will significantly affect the comfort of our work" - says
Krzysztof Rosłaniec, President of Dot2Dot.7R Park Gdańsk II is a facility built in accordance with BREEAM system standards, which will ensure the use of ecological and energy-saving solutions.
"We are preparing space for Dot2Dot specifically adapted to the specific requirements of cardboard packaging production and printing machines. We have provided infrastructure for container scales, as well as compressed air and humidifiers, which will ensure proper operating conditions. 5,000 sqm of space will be illuminated by daylight, including 12.5% in the production part of the building. 7R Park Gdańsk II is a high-class industrial and logistics complex, where we will also create a comfortable office space. We believe that this new address will work perfectly as the company's main command center" - adds
Maciej Krawiecki, Head of Leasing at 7R.7R Park Gdańsk II is a complex of three modern facilities, which is being built in the town of Kowale, on Magnacka Street, right next to the Szadółki junction and the Tri-City Bypass, just a few kilometers from the A1 Motorway and the southern S7 bypass. The advantage of the complex is its close proximity to the center of Gdańsk and Gdynia, as well as the international airport in Gdańsk. Its location within the agglomeration guarantees access to appropriate infrastructure and public transport, which makes it an attractive location for employees as well.
