DSV Road at Panattoni City Logistics Łódź II

Panattoni has leased approx. 7,300 sqm to DSV Road at City Logistics Łódź II. The technically advanced facility will be handed over to the tenant in June this year. The developer has so far prepared over a dozen projects for the DSV Group, building a total of approx. 170,000 sqm of warehouse space in Poland and the Czech Republic.

As part of City Logistics Łódź II, Panattoni will deliver 7,277 sqm of space for DSV Road – a leading logistics operator in Poland and Europe. The modern warehouse will occupy nearly 6,200 sqm - on half of this area, Panattoni will prepare a cross-dock handling fast-moving ADRs, while in the remaining part of the warehouse, the tenant will carry out standard logistics operations. The office space will occupy 1,077.6 sqm. Despite the complicated technical specification, the completion of the space for DSV Road will be finished as early as June this year. Like all the developer's newly built parks, it will be executed in accordance with the principles of sustainable development and will meet the criteria of the BREEAM certificate.

DSV Road is part of the DSV Group, with which the developer has been working for 13 years. The latest lease transaction is commented on by Katarzyna Kujawiak, Development Director at Panattoni: - "Preparing specialized space in a short time is made possible by our excellent knowledge of our client's business activities and the specifics of their business environment. We have already prepared over a dozen projects for them, delivering a total of approx. 150,000 sqm of space in Poland and 23,000 sqm at the Czech Panattoni Park Prague-Airport II. Every meter completed for DSV is a particularly valuable experience for us, for which I am grateful."

By choosing City Logistics Łódź II, DSV Road has gained a facility in an excellent location. The complex, whose final area will amount to 38,125 sqm, is located just 5 km from the A1 motorway – connecting the southern and northern borders of Poland – and the A2 motorway runs 27 km from the park, intersecting the most important logistics hubs in Central Europe – Berlin, Poznań and Warsaw. City Logistics Łódź II is also an excellent place for smaller companies operating locally. Small modules with a minimum area of 1,800 sqm are available for rent in the complex, and the location just 8 km from the city center allows for reaching the site by public transport, and also gives companies good access to employees and customers.
