7R Park Kielce is a class A warehouse investment being built in the vicinity of the S7 expressway and the Kielce Południe junction. The investment will include two warehouse halls with a total area of over 60,000 sqm. The completion date for the first warehouse with an area of 23,000 sqm is scheduled for June. myBOX has leased 22,000 sqm in the second facility, which is scheduled for completion in 4Q 2019.

The warehouse will be adapted to the tenant's needs, among other things, by increasing the height to 12 m, reinforcing the floor, and preparing a multi-level mezzanine.
