Ekol Poland for Regatta at Panattoni Park Poznań VII

Ekol Poland has leased 23,500 sqm at Panattoni Park Poznań VII, where it will conduct logistics processes for the outdoor clothing manufacturer – Regatta. The operations will ensure integrated sales, both in the e-commerce channel and in brick-and-mortar stores, as well as support wholesalers.

As early as July this year, Ekol Poland will occupy 11,500 sqm at Panattoni Park Poznań VII, and from December, an additional 1,000 sqm of office space. The logistics operator will serve one of the leaders in the outdoor clothing industry – the British company Regatta, which has been operating on the market for nearly 40 years. The companies see huge potential in the cooperation and appreciate the attractive location, which is why Ekol Poland leased 23,500 sqm immediately, and will use the remaining 11,000 sqm in July 2021. Across the entire space, the logistics operator, in line with its omnichannel strategy, will serve both Regatta's brick-and-mortar stores and wholesalers, as well as online sales channels in the European Union, as well as in Russia and Israel. Cooperation with the British company is an important element of the development of Ekol Poland, which has been operating since 2015, employing a total of 130 employees.

"From the beginning of our operations, we have been trying to provide our partners with the best possible conditions for the further development of their business, both in terms of time, availability and purpose of the space, as well as its location. In the case of logistics operators, our offer also translates into the development of the entities commissioning these operations. That is why I am pleased to sign an agreement with Ekol Poland, which, by leasing 23,500 sqm in our Poznań park, has secured nearly half for the planned expansion of the Regatta company. Especially since this is our next project with Ekol Poland. In 2016, the operator leased its first space at Panattoni Park Poznań III, gradually increasing it to 9,200 sqm." - comments Katarzyna Kujawiak, Development Director at Panattoni.

By choosing Panattoni Park Poznań VII, tenants gain a number of international and local benefits. Only 5 km from the complex runs the A2 motorway, which connects the capital of Greater Poland with the most important cities of Central and Eastern Europe – Berlin and Warsaw, which are about 3 hours away from the park. Furthermore, it takes only 30 minutes to reach the Poznań-Ławica International Airport from the logistics center. Thanks to its location 12 km from the city center and convenient transport connections, Panattoni Park Poznań VII enables easy access to employees, and the proximity of the S11 expressway allows for efficient transport between Poznań and Bydgoszcz in the north and Katowice in the south.

Panattoni Park Poznań VII is a modern distribution center, which, together with the company's other investments in the region, creates a huge base of warehouse and industrial space for the entire Poznań market. The park consists of 3 buildings with a total area of 87,000 sqm. Tenants of the complex benefit from advanced technical solutions, ensuring the highest quality of warehouse space (class A), as well as functionality and flexibility in shaping modules.
