Electrolux stays longer at MLP Pruszków I

The manufacturer and distributor of household appliances continues its cooperation with MLP Group and remains at the MLP Pruszków I logistics park. The company will use nearly 23,500 sqm of modern warehouse space.

Electrolux Poland has just signed an agreement to extend its lease at the MLP Pruszków I logistics center. Under the contract, the Group will receive approx. 23,500 sqm of modern space, of which approx. 23,100 sqm is intended for warehouse purposes, and the rest consists of social and office space. The company has been cooperating with MLP Group since 2013 and currently operates from two of the Group's parks: MLP Pruszków I and MLP Wrocław, using a total of nearly 44,000 sqm of modern warehouse space.

The MLP Pruszków I project is the first park created by MLP Group, offering a total of almost 170,000 sqm of modern warehouse and production space. Over the course of a dozen or so years of operation, this park has become a small town with its own internal infrastructure. The complex is located on a fenced area protected 24 hours a day. A two-station charging point for electric and hybrid cars has been launched here for clients and tenants. 100% photovoltaic energy is used for this purpose. In addition, there is also a city bike station on the premises of the logistics center. The facility has a large power supply, great potential for future development for clients, and a proportionally large percentage of parking spaces. The MLP Pruszków I logistics center has well-developed transport connections both with the center of Warsaw and with the main arteries connecting Warsaw with other urban centers.
