Manta – a manufacturer and distributor of consumer electronics – is joining the tenants of the City Point Targówek complex in Warszawa. The move marks the company's return to this part of the city after several years.

Once completed, the complex will offer around 100,000 sqm of warehouse and production space, developed as a brownfield regeneration project. It is being built as a modern urban park combining logistics, production and business functions, with a strong focus on environmental quality.

New space for production and logistics

Manta has leased over 3,000 sqm, including:

  • approx. 2,500 sqm of warehouse and service space,
  • nearly 600 sqm of office and welfare space.

The lease concerns hall C1, part of the new phase of the development. The building alone will deliver around 17,000 sqm, a significant share of which has already been secured by tenants.

Next-generation urban logistics

City Point Targówek is being developed as a project responding to the needs of last-mile logistics. In addition to warehousing, it also provides space for light manufacturing and technology businesses.

The growing interest in the scheme shows that companies increasingly expect not only a good location, but also high technical standards, flexibility and a comfortable working environment.

Ecology and top-tier certifications

Hall C1 has been designed to achieve the highest ratings in environmental certification systems:

  • BREEAM Outstanding,
  • LEED Platinum,
  • WELL HSR.

The project incorporates a number of eco-friendly solutions, such as:

  • photovoltaic installations,
  • rainwater harvesting,
  • reduction of the urban heat island effect through light-coloured façades and green roofs.

Working comfort and functionality

The building will be adapted to a wide range of logistics operations. Each unit will have access to both loading docks and grade-level („0”) doors.

Additionally planned are:

  • skylights providing natural daylight,
  • relaxation and social areas for employees,
  • infrastructure for e-mobility and cyclists.

The building will also be connected to the municipal district heating network.

A strategic location within the city

A key advantage of the development is its location within the city limits of Warszawa, which ensures quick access to public transport and the main transport routes.

As a result, the complex can efficiently serve both urban logistics and production activities that require good access to infrastructure.
