The most dynamically developing company producing transformer stations and other solutions for renewable energy sources – ELQ S.A. from Częstochowa – has leased a significant part of the space in the Hillwood Częstochowa – Miasto warehouse complex.
ELQ S.A. is an entity listed on the New Connect market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The company has been on the energy market for 48 years, and in recent years it has been developing very dynamically in the sector of solutions for renewable energy sources. Its comprehensive offer includes transformer stations, cable connectors, electrical switchgear and all other components necessary for the construction of RES. The company is also a general contractor for photovoltaic farms, and its portfolio includes the largest photovoltaic farm in Poland with a capacity of 207 MW.
On the leased space in the Hillwood Częstochowa – Miasto park, ELQ S.A. plans to expand its production in response to the growing needs of the European market and introduce new products.
„We were looking for the best location for our second production plant, in the city where we have been developing our business for years, and we found it in the Hillwood Częstochowa – Miasto park. It is great that the production of our devices will be able to be carried out in such a perfectly located facility, which, like our products, is related to renewable energy, e.g. through photovoltaic panels and a number of other pro-ecological solutions” – dr Marcin Sołtysiak, President of the Management Board of ELQ S.A.
„Starting cooperation with ELQ S.A. is very good news for us. We are happy that our project turned out to be the best place for the next stage of development of a company from Częstochowa, which has been distinguishing itself in its industry for years. When designing the Hillwood Częstochowa – Miasto park, we tried to provide such demanding clients with the widest possible use of the available space. In this case, ELQ S.A. will focus on launching a production line, which perfectly illustrates the flexibility of the space offered in our facilities.” – says Adam Broekere, Leasing Manager at Hillwood Polska.
