Erbud builds for Panattoni in Łódź
Erbud has signed a letter of intent with Panattoni Development Europe for the construction of a production, warehouse and construction center in Łódź. The value of the contract is 31.83 million PLN net.
The value of the contract for the construction of a production, warehouse and construction center along with accompanying infrastructure in Łódź is 6 million 841 thousand EUR. Work will begin on September 1 and will be completed in mid-March 2022.
