Erbud to build a distribution center for Lidl
Erbud has signed a contract for the construction of a Distribution Center for the Lidl retail chain in Dobroszyce near Oleśnica. The contract value is 298.4 million PLN – this is the Group's largest cubic construction contract signed this year.
The facility will be built at ul. Zakładowa 1 in Dobroszyce and will be one of the most modern facilities of this type in the Lidl portfolio in Europe. Its construction will take a year, and the final acceptance is planned for April 2022. It will be the twelfth Lidl distribution center in Poland.

ERBUD is building for Lidl once again. In 2018/2019, the ERBUD Group built a Lidl Distribution Center along with all associated infrastructure in Stargard in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship. The contract value amounted to almost 200 million PLN. ERBUD was also responsible for the reconstruction of Lidl Distribution Centers in Bydgoszcz and Wyszków.ERBUD has extensive experience in the construction of warehouse halls and industrial facilities. Among the Group's largest contracts in this area are, among others, the Jaworzno Industrial and Technological Park in Jaworzno, the Bosch production plant in Mirków, and the research and development center for Unilever in Poznań.
