„Expansions are always pleasing because they are the highest form of confirmation of a park's attractiveness, both in terms of quality and location. Panattoni Park Tychy is perfectly connected to the Silesian agglomeration, which is a key hub for the entire economy. The expansion of the Tychy park is also a confirmation that the strength of the region is not concentrated in one or two centers, but lies in every part of the Silesian agglomeration”. - comments
Marek Dobrzycki, Managing Director at Panattoni. By leasing space at Panattoni Park Tychy, Regesta benefits from the facility's attractive location. The building is located just 2 km from the DK 44 route, connecting Upper Silesia with Kraków, and 5 km from the A1 motorway, the only one in Poland with a north-south alignment, which runs through such centers as Gliwice, Łódź, Toruń, or Gdańsk. Furthermore, the well-developed road infrastructure of the Silesian agglomeration and the public transport network facilitate access to the facility, and the location within the agglomeration boundaries makes it easier for companies to access employees. The construction in Tychy is a confirmation of the excellent condition of Silesia on the warehouse and industrial space market. In the first half of 2020, this region was third in terms of new space and first in terms of space under construction at the end of June.
Panattoni Park Tychy is a class A warehouse building, whose current area is nearly 35,800 sq m. The planned expansion will increase its floor space by another 17,000 sq m, and ultimately the investment is planned for 70,500 sq m of space adapted to serve companies from various industries. The facility has been designed so that its modules can be shaped flexibly, according to the individual needs of tenants. The park is dedicated to both warehousing and light production. The investment has been equipped with convenient maneuvering areas, „zero” gates, and LED lighting, which facilitated the BREEAM certification process and the achievement of the Very Good level.
