Fabryka Form in the MLP Pruszków II park

ProgressiveBG has signed a lease agreement with MLP Group S.A. for approx. 2,500 sqm of modern space, of which approx. 2,300 sqm will be used for warehouse purposes, and the rest will consist of office and social space. The hall will be fully adapted to the individual requirements and needs of the tenant. Furthermore, in accordance with the company's standard, the facility will be fully BREEAM certified. The handover of the finished facility is scheduled for August 2021.
