FB Antczak as general contractor for the first warehouse at LOOGIC Park Radomsko

Under the general contracting agreement, FB Antczak will begin construction of the first warehouse being built at LOOGIC Park Radomsko. The tenant of the facility is the JYSK chain operator.

The investment involves the construction of a class A warehouse facility, including social and office space, with a total usable area of 54,000 sqm. The modern building, with a clear height of 10 m, was designed by the RH+ Architekci studio. The project is being implemented in a built-to-suit (BTS) formula based on an agreement with the JYSK decorative supermarket chain operator. Handover of the facility to the tenant is planned for the second half of 2021. 

The warehouse under construction will be the first facility being built as part of the LOOGIC Park Radomsko logistics park. Ultimately, 11 modern warehouse halls with a total area of 380,000 sqm will be built on an area of over 80 ha. An advantage of LOOGIC Park Radomsko will be, among others, its excellent location in central Poland – in the immediate vicinity of the A1 motorway, national roads DK 42 and DK 91, as well as key railway junctions.

In 2020, FB Antczak handed over to investors over 100,000 sqm of warehouse and industrial space. This year, the Group plans to double the result achieved last year. Currently, FB Antczak, as a general contractor, is implementing logistics projects for clients in, among others, Wrocław, Kalisz, Kraków, Radomsko, and in the Warsaw metropolitan area. On the commercial real estate market, the Group cooperates with the largest Polish and international partners.
