The first logistics center built by GLP in Poland is being constructed just a few minutes' drive from the southern borders of Warsaw, near the shopping center in Janki. The investment is being realized to the highest standard available on the Polish market. In total, it offers 32,000 sqm of warehouse space along with comfortable office facilities.
The warehouse space at GLP Warsaw II Logistics Centre will be available to customers as early as October this year. Four modules ranging from 4,700 to 12,300 sqm are at their disposal. The above-standard height of the building allows for storage up to 12 meters high, which translates into significant savings, enabling the rental of up to 20% less space than in a typical warehouse.
The building is distinguished by modern technical solutions, including an advanced lighting control system and electronic utility consumption metering. All operations in the building can be powered by green energy from renewable sources. The reinforced roof structure allows for the installation of photovoltaic panels.
Another advantage of the project is the external office modules with rooftop terraces, perfectly illuminated by natural light thanks to high windows. The daily comfort of the park's employees will also be enhanced by special relaxation zones.
Thanks to its location right next to the S8 expressway, 100 meters from the Wypędy junction, from where you can reach the S2 route and the A2 motorway in a few minutes, the GLP logistics center is an excellent solution for customers expecting easy access to the largest markets in Poland and Europe.
