First phase of Panattoni Park Tricity East V fully commercialized
KMC Services, a company specializing in comprehensive logistics services such as warehousing, e-commerce handling, customs clearance, container devanning, distribution, road and sea transport, has joined the tenants of Panattoni Park Tricity East V. The company has leased 15,000 sqm of modern warehouse space and 200 sqm for office use.- For several years, KMC Services has been consistently implementing an expansion plan, in which one of the key projects is a comprehensive north-south intermodal connection, along with full handling of our clients' warehousing and transshipment needs in the north and south of Poland, where the operator also has its own warehouse space - says Maciej Pichór, Logistics Director at KMC Services.
In accordance with Panattoni standards, the Tricity park will undergo BREEAM certification at the Excellent level. The complex's facilities will be equipped with solutions for water and energy savings, as well as user wellbeing. Additionally, greenery will be introduced on the site, including double rows of trees, a wildflower meadow with insect hotels, and a pocket park at the office entrance.
