First stage of Logistic Park Rzeszów LCube commercialized

Warehouse developer LCube has completed the commercialization of the first stage of Logistic Park Rzeszów located at the international airport Rzeszów Jasionka. The REN Group, which has been distributing food products in our country for 25 years, was recently joined by the online drugstore Cocolita. The commercialization of the facility with a total area of 5,700 sqm was completed before the investment handover scheduled for December.

Cocolita.pl is an online drugstore that offers a rich assortment - about 20 thousand products - of skincare and makeup cosmetics. The website is visited by over a million users monthly. It is one of the largest online stores on the Polish market, specializing in the sale of styling and makeup products.

"The dynamic growth we have recorded in the last several months and the company's expansion plans also outside of Poland are the result of the consistent implementation of our strategy. If we want to continue to develop dynamically, we need stable partners, also in terms of warehouse space, which determines the fast and efficient delivery of goods to the end customer. The LCube offer turned out to be the best for us in this context, and the negotiations went quickly and efficiently, thanks to which we secured space for the further development of our company" - says Hubert Górecki, CEO of Shoko sp. z o.o., owner of the Cocolita.pl store.

The industrial and warehouse park in Jasionka near Rzeszów is the first investment carried out by LCube in Poland. Ultimately, it is to have 24,400 sqm of class A space.

,,The rapid commercialization of the first stage is for us a confirmation that the location we chose for our investment was well thought out, and the format in which we work appealed to tenants. We focus on ensuring that the warehouse spaces we offer are tailored to the scale and business development plans of our partners, and we devote a lot of attention to understanding the needs of tenants both at the commercialization stage and in the period following the launch of the warehouse and industrial park. Despite the fact that this is our first project under the LCube brand, I am convinced that our team has many years of experience that allows us to meet all the challenges that the warehouse market currently poses to developers” – says Aleksandra Kołbon, Head of Leasing.

The facility has an excellent location - it is located just 4.4 km from the Jasionka junction on the S19 route and 7.5 km from the Terliczka junction and the A4 motorway, which connects Rzeszów with Kraków and Wrocław. This means that the park will also be in the immediate vicinity of the Via Carpatia route under construction, which will ultimately connect Klaipėda in Lithuania with Thessaloniki in Greece.

In parallel to the investment in Rzeszów, where preparations for the implementation of the second stage have already begun, LCube is implementing the Logistic Park Wrocław I project, the construction of which started on a plot with a total area of over 11 ha located in Dobrzykowice near Wrocław. In two stages, the developer intends to prepare a total of 60,000 m2 of warehouse space.

„Our investments are to be distinguished by the highest technical standard of the offered warehouse space, modern technological solutions, and large maneuvering areas that will ensure the comfort of using the rented space. As part of individual projects, we do not forget about spacious offices that guarantee a high level of employee satisfaction” – summarizes Aleksandra Kołbon.
