First Tenant at MLP Bucharest West
Construction of the first facility within the MLP Bucharest West park began at the beginning of this year. The investment was carried out on a speculative basis. „The signed agreement confirms that the facilities we build are attractive to the largest entities operating on the Romanian market. We are currently in advanced negotiations with other potential tenants. We are confident that by the time construction is completed, all space will be commercialized” – emphasized Agnieszka Góźdź, Sales Director for Poland and Romania at MLP Group S.A.
Marelvi Impex has signed an agreement with MLP Group for the lease of over 8.4 thousand sqm of modern space at the MLP Bucharest West logistics park. Of this, 8.2 thousand sqm will be allocated for warehouse, service, and technical rooms, and an additional 200 sqm for offices and social areas.
