First tenant in the Hillwood urban warehouse in Częstochowa

Hillwood Polska began construction of a logistics center in Częstochowa in September. The first tenant, Raben Logistics Polska, will begin its operations at the facility as early as the end of the 2nd quarter of this year.

Raben Logistics Polska is one of the largest logistics companies in Poland and part of the Dutch Raben Group. It offers services in the field of domestic and international transport, comprehensive logistics services, as well as sea and air freight. The Raben Group was founded in 1931 and currently has over 160 of its own branches in 15 European countries and provides its services worldwide.

Hillwood Częstochowa - Miasto is a modern warehouse center being built in the area of Jaskrowska Street and Jana Pawła II Avenue, directly next to national road no. 91, which runs from the north to the south of Poland. Ultimately, the Center will consist of two halls with a total area of over 61,000 sqm. The first building will provide over 38,000 sqm of modern warehouse space to the market.

In the new Hillwood Polska investment, Raben will occupy 5,100 sqm of warehouse and office space. It will be a cross-dock transshipment warehouse tailored to the client's needs, equipped with 35 docks for handling trucks. Furthermore, spacious maneuvering yards and external areas intended exclusively for Raben's use will enable comfortable operations.

As part of the space occupied by the tenant, there will also be a spacious and representative office with an area of over 800 sqm, located on two floors. Keeping in mind the dynamic development, Raben is relocating from its current facility to a more modern warehouse that will meet the client's high standards and fit into the company's development strategy.
