We are extremely pleased that more companies are recognizing the potential of the Warmian-Masurian market. The development of road infrastructure, modern industrial space, and a pro-business approach by local authorities are opening the region to new sectors, and the entry of companies like Flex means more jobs for the city and the region. – says
Martyna Sochaczewska, Leasing Director at Panattoni and adds: -
The success of Panattoni Park Elbląg is a sign and motivation for us that it is worth developing here.
Flex gains an excellent location by the S7 expressway, which guarantees great exposure for the warehouse and convenient connections not only with the Tricity region, with which the company has been associated for years, but also with Warsaw and other regions of the country.
Due to the specific nature of the external client that Flex will serve from the new facility, the hall will be additionally secured and fenced. To support warehouse processes, an induction loop will be embedded in the floor. The tenant will begin using the leased space in February 2023.
Another year in Masuria. Panattoni Park Elbląg is another project by the company in the Warmian-Masurian region. The developer has delivered over 36,000 sqm here as part of Panattoni Park Olsztyn, where space was leased by, among others, an American company specializing in the textile recycling industry. Furthermore, in Ostróda, the company delivered a BTS facility for Animex Foods, the largest food company in Poland, with an area of 10,150 sqm. The tailor-made building met high technical standards and obtained certificates confirming that the stored food will be safe. The space of over 10,000 sqm includes, among others, three cold stores (with temperatures from 0 to +6 °C), a freezer with a controlled temperature of -22 °C, and a dry warehouse.
