Engineering company Flytronic S.A. (part of GRUPA WB), focused on the production of advanced unmanned aerial systems, has leased warehouse space at the Diamond Business Park (DBP) logistics park in Gliwice. The tenant will have over 4,000 sqm of warehouse and office space at its disposal.
DBP Gliwice is a production, warehouse, and office complex developed by White Star Real Estate. It is located in the Katowice Special Economic Zone (KSSE).
Flytronic will begin operations at Diamond Business Park Gliwice in February of this year. The advisor for this transaction was the agency Triflow.
“For a company rapidly increasing its production capacity, cooperation with a partner that is forward-thinking and understands the tenant's needs is crucial. The signed agreement, thanks to which we will appear in DBP Gliwice, which combines the functions of a logistics park with production space, will allow for the rapid and effective development of our business” – stated Jarosław Zając, CEO of Flytronic S.A.
Diamond Business Park Gliwice is an investment located in the Katowice Special Economic Zone (Northern part of the Gliwice Subzone), by road 88, close to the A4 and A1 motorways. A railway station and the inland Port Gliwice are located 2 km away.
“What distinguishes our team is close cooperation with companies present in our facilities and potential tenants, as well as knowledge of their needs. Every new agreement, as in the case of Flytronic, is very important and confirms that our operating philosophy meets the needs of tenants and business partners” – informed Urszula Rasmussen, Head of Industrial Leasing at White Star Real Estate.
“Our complex in Gliwice enjoys constant interest. An undoubted advantage of the investment is its excellent location in the heart of Upper Silesia, which attracts not only domestic companies but also logisticians and manufacturers from Europe. Right after Warsaw, Silesia is the second most important point on the warehouse map of Poland, highly valued by logistics, production, and e-commerce companies.” – added Urszula Rasmussen.
Diamond Business Park Gliwice consists of three halls with a total area of over 55,000 sqm. Logistics and production activities are conducted in the class A buildings. Outside, there are wide maneuvering areas and numerous parking spaces for tenants and their clients.
