Frisco.pl enters Kraków. It invests in a warehouse and new cooperation agreements
Frisco.pl is opening a warehouse in Cholerzyn near Kraków and is establishing cooperation with local suppliers.
Frisco.pl already operates in Warsaw, Wrocław and Poznań, and is now launching a store in Kraków.– At the moment, over 120,000 households use our services. We want to enable all Poles to do convenient grocery shopping from home, giving them more time for what is truly important in life. I think that the residents of Kraków will appreciate shopping without tiring queues, masks, carrying heavy bags, with delivery right to their door, and above all, the quality of the products we deliver – says Jacek Palec, CEO of Frisco.pl.
To maintain the freshness of the delivered products and to carry out deliveries punctually at the time chosen by the customer, Frisco.pl sets up a separate, local warehouse in each new location. In the case of Kraków, the warehouse is located in Cholerzyn. It is here that products from suppliers and producers, including local ones, are delivered every day.
– Deliveries are planned according to current demand. With us, items do not sit on shelves for weeks, they are not touched by other shoppers. Most often, they reach the customer on the same day, straight from the supplier. Delivering fresh products is the basis of our operation. This is confirmed by our customers: we have already collected 20,000 reviews, and 95% of them are positive ratings regarding freshness – explains Jacek Palec.
Frisco.pl also supports local business by choosing local companies as its suppliers. In the case of the Kraków store, cooperation was established with, among others, Piekarnia Złoty Kłos, Masarnia Płatek, as well as the family enterprise Anka, offering handmade dumplings.
– We will develop cooperation with local suppliers. We will also ask our Kraków customers about their preferences and, on this basis, we will expand the range of products from local suppliers– emphasizes Jacek Palec.
Comprehensive online shopping at Frisco.pl in Kraków is possible as early as September.
