FroGum has moved into MLP Pruszków II
MLP Group has concluded a new long-term lease agreement in the expanding MLP Pruszków II warehouse complex. A distributor of automotive accessories has moved into the logistics center. It will use 10,000 sqm of modern space, of which 150 sqm is designated for social and office purposes.
FroGum is a Polish, family-owned company with nearly 40 years of experience in the automotive market, specializing in the production of car floor mats and trunk liners. The company has a world-class team of designers and technologists on board. The entire production takes place in a modern facility in Grodzisk Mazowiecki, from where products are delivered to almost every country in Europe and many countries outside the Old Continent – to North America, South America, and Africa. In 2022, the company expanded its offer to individual customers and launched the FroGum Premium Moto Shop online store.

MLP Pruszków II is a modern logistics center located near Warsaw, in the Brwinów municipality, 5 km from Pruszków. It is the largest complex in the region, with a target leasable area of 420,000 sqm. The buildings hold a prestigious BREEAM certificate. In line with the MLP Group's ESG strategy, photovoltaic installations are being mounted on the roofs.
MLP Pruszków II has well-developed transport connections both with the center of Warsaw and with the main arteries connecting the capital with other cities. The park is located between local road no. 760 and a section of the A2 motorway, 3 km from the transport hub located in the Pruszków-Żbików area. International railway lines run nearby, which enable excellent logistics conditions for both domestic and international distribution. There is a bus stop on the park's premises and a self-service Nextbike bicycle rental station operates there.
In accordance with the „build & hold” strategy, MLP Group retains logistics parks in its portfolio after construction is completed and manages them independently. All projects implemented by the Group are also distinguished by the very attractive location of the logistics parks, the use of built-to-suit solutions, and support for the tenant during the lease agreement.
