Frontier Estates, a European developer, intends to significantly improve the efficiency of warehousing, sales, office space utilization, and logistics for medium-sized clients in the e-commerce, light manufacturing, and technology sectors in Lower Silesia through a unique commercial investment in Bielany Wrocławskie. Frontier Park Wrocław in Bielany Wrocławskie will be the first investment by Frontier Estates in Poland and a benchmark for the developer's future projects in our country.
Frontier Park Wrocław will include approx. 8.9 thousand sqm of flexible warehouse and business space with a glazed front facade, enabling showroom and office functions in up to twelve modules (from 284 sqm min to 2,334 sqm each). The developer already has a building permit, and work is scheduled to begin in April 2021.
The strategy of the company Frontier Estates assumes the creation of a recognizable network of Small Business Units ("SBU") facilities throughout Poland. Facilities available for lease and implemented in the "forward sale" formula will be built in Warsaw, Kraków, Łódź, Wrocław, Poznań, Katowice, Gdańsk, Szczecin, Rzeszów, and Lublin.
"As an experienced industrial developer in the UK, where we have commissioned over 40 standardized facilities, we see the potential to use our knowledge and experience in Poland. The Small Business Units concept assumes the construction of one or more buildings with warehouse, showroom, retail, and office functions on plots in the best locations. At the commercialization stage, we intend to create a synergy effect between tenants, thereby increasing the potential of the property and creating added value for the region" - says Noel Carter, Director of European Operations at Frontier Estates.
Thanks to high-quality finishes and prime locations, Small Business Units enjoy growing interest from tenants and attract the attention of a diverse client base. The Frontier Estates project is dedicated to entrepreneurs who plan to integrate their office with warehouse or production space and a showroom. Such a combination can allow the tenant to use space efficiently, significantly reducing some operating costs.
