Furniture manufacturer settles into the MLP Poznań West logistics center

A company from the furniture industry, currently leasing approx. 4,000 sqm of modern warehouse space at MLP Poznań West, will significantly increase its utilized area. Under the signed agreement, as part of the expansion of this logistics park, MLP Group will provide the tenant with an additional total of over 26,200 sqm this year. Of the prepared space, approximately 300 sqm will consist of modern office areas. The remaining parts will be used primarily for warehouse purposes.  

The new facilities will be handed over to the tenant in two stages. The commissioning of a hall with an area of approximately 21,000 sqm is planned for the turn of March and April this year. The remaining part, totaling approximately 5,000 sqm, will be ready at the turn of August and September this year. In line with the developer's strategy, the new hall will meet BREEAM certification requirements, which will significantly contribute to lower operating costs.
The general contractor works have been entrusted to the Poznań-based company WPIP, which has many years of experience in the construction of warehouse facilities.

The modern distribution center MLP Poznań West is a complex located on the western side of Poznań, next to the S11 expressway and just 7 km from the junction of the A2 motorway and the S11 route. The center is primarily aimed at companies from the e-commerce, logistics, distribution, and light production sectors. The MLP Poznań West project will ultimately provide approx. 150,000 sqm of state-of-the-art warehouse and office space.
