Savills Investment Management (Savills IM), an international investment manager operating in the commercial real estate market, has signed a new lease agreement at the Gate One Business Park warehouse and office complex in Warsaw. The tenant of 21,000 sqm of modern space in the Gate Two building is an international company providing data center services. The agreement was concluded for a period of 15 years.
„In 2019, we made the decision to carry out a major renovation of one of the complex's buildings and adapt it to modern market standards. The solutions we implemented resulted in full occupancy of the facility and a record-breaking transaction. The 15-year agreement is the first such long-term lease in an urban location on the Warsaw warehouse market. It is also one of the first such significant (21,000 sqm) lease agreements concluded in Poland with a company providing data center services. The record scale of the transaction is a special reason for us to be proud.” - comments Julia Racewicz, Senior Asset Manager, Savills Investment Management.
