
Panattoni is once again supporting international e-commerce for the fashion industry. BestSecret – a leading German player and owner of the online store of the same name - will occupy nearly 90,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Sulechów III with the option to expand by another 42,000 sqm. The investment will be delivered in stages from January to June 2023 and will undergo BREEAM certification at the Excellent level.
Fashion e-commerce is growing rapidly. According to forecasts, online sales revenue in the fashion industry in Europe could exceed 365 billion USD in 2025, compared to less than half that amount in 2020. Poland plays an important role in the development of this segment, especially the western part of the country, which is becoming a hub for fashion e-commerce for all of Western Europe, and especially Germany. This is confirmed by Panattoni. The developer is launching the construction of Panattoni Park Sulechów III, which has been entirely leased by BestSecret, a leading German player in this field and owner of the online store of the same name, which delivers goods to 27 countries in Europe. The company has leased 88,500 sqm, with the option to expand by another 42,000 sqm, and within the facility, it will use nearly 40,000 sqm of mezzanine and office space, which will occupy over 10,500 sqm. Furthermore, the developer will prepare the surface for the use of multi-level shelving (Pick Towers) and will ensure the heightening of part of the building. The investment will be delivered in stages from January to June 2023 and will undergo BREEAM certification at the Excellent level.

Aleksandra Kucharek, Development Director at Panattoni.A key advantage of Sulechów is its proximity to the German border, which is just over an hour's drive from the facility under construction. Furthermore, the town is 30 minutes away from the regional capital – Zielona Góra – which is an important advantage in terms of access to employees. The S3 expressway, running along the western border, passes less than 7 km from the investment, and the Zielona Góra-Babimost Airport is 11 km from the facility.
Panattoni Park Sulechów III will undergo environmental certification using the BREEAM method at the Excellent level, in accordance with Panattoni standards. The investment will meet high standards both in terms of energy efficiency - including comprehensive metering or intelligent lighting - and the wellbeing of future employees. In the vast office space, Panattoni will ensure increased access to daylight and appropriate room acoustics, consulted with a specialist. Furthermore, the developer will provide infrastructure for cyclists and electric car charging points on the premises. The project will be prepared in cooperation with an ecologist, who will help, among other things, to take care of the biodiversity of the investment.
