DSV – Global Transport and Logistics continues the development of its operations in Lower Silesia. The logistics operator has leased an additional 20,000 sqm of space in the Wrocław Campus 2 complex, increasing its presence in the investment to over 65,000 sqm.

This is the next stage of the expansion of the company's operations in the region, which is increasingly strengthening its position as one of the most important logistics hubs in Central and Eastern Europe.

DSV increases the scale of its operations

The new agreement covers nearly 19,800 sqm of warehouse space and approximately 200 sqm of office facilities. The additional space will be adapted to the specifics of the processes carried out by the operator and is scheduled to be launched in the second half of 2026.

The decision to expand was made just a few months after starting operations in the facility, which shows the pace of development of the operations conducted by DSV.

Krzyżowice serves almost all of Europe

The logistics center in Krzyżowice currently plays a strategic role in the operator's European network. Warehousing and distribution processes to 34 European markets are coordinated from the facility.

The scale of operations is impressive:

  • DSV currently manages 36 warehouses in Poland,
  • the company's total warehouse space in the country is 567,000 sqm,
  • the operator already uses approximately 160,000 sqm in Wrocław investments.

The new space will allow to handle the growing volume of orders and increase the efficiency of logistics processes carried out for clients from many industries.

Wrocław Campus 2 has reached its target scale

Wrocław Campus 2 is one of the largest industrial and logistics complexes in Lower Silesia. The investment has reached its target area of 160,000 sqm, and its construction was completed in May 2026.

The advantage of the project is its location:

  • about 20 km from the center of Wrocław,
  • by the S8 expressway,
  • near the A4 and A8 motorways,
  • with quick access to the main transport corridors of Poland and Europe.

Thanks to this, the complex is perfectly suited as a base for companies conducting domestic and international distribution.

Lower Silesia is one of the leaders in the warehouse market

The Wrocław region remains one of the most active logistics markets in Poland. In the first quarter of 2026, total demand for warehouse space amounted to 355,000 sqm, of which as much as 226,000 sqm were new agreements and expansions.

The total stock of modern warehouse space in the region has already reached 5.27 million sqm, which gives Lower Silesia third place in the country.
