A renowned international manufacturer of musical instruments has leased nearly 1 500 sqm of warehouse and office space in CTPark Warsaw Janki. The new location near Warsaw will serve as a logistics facility for the storage and distribution of high-end musical instruments on the European market.
Premium instruments need appropriate conditions
For years, the tenant has been among the most recognizable manufacturers of musical instruments in the world. The company is famous for combining years of craftsmanship with modern technologies, providing solutions used by professional musicians worldwide.
Such demanding products require appropriate storage conditions, which is why the choice fell on a modern Class A facility in CTPark Warsaw Janki.
Almost 1,5 thousand sqm of modern space
The company leased exactly 1 497 sqm of warehouse and office space in the WJAN01 building, which was the first facility commissioned within the CTPark Warsaw Janki complex.
The new space will provide:
- modern storage conditions,
- flexible office facilities,
- the possibility of further development of logistics operations,
- efficient handling of deliveries to European markets.
The tenant occupied over 16 percent of the building's space.
Poland strengthens its position as the logistics hub of Europe
According to CTP, the global manufacturer's decision fits into a broader trend of Asian companies locating their operations in Poland. More and more enterprises are choosing the country as a base to serve clients in Central and Eastern Europe as well as Western Europe.
Poland's advantage is primarily determined by:
- its central location on the continent,
- developed transport infrastructure,
- access to modern warehouse space,
- the ability to efficiently handle international supply chains.
Flexible warehouse in the CTFlex formula
The space was leased in a facility developed under the CTFlex formula, which allows for the creation of modules of approximately 1 500 sqm.
This solution allows the space to be flexibly adapted to the needs of various industries – from logistics and production to operations requiring more specialized operational conditions.
CTP develops further projects near Warsaw
The first stage of CTPark Warsaw Janki has already been completed and includes a building with an area of 9 134 sqm. In parallel, the construction of another hall in the CTSpace formula with an area of over 22 thousand sqm is underway.
The entire complex is being built in Puchały near Warsaw and is part of CTP's broader development strategy in the capital region.
Location by the S8 route
One of the greatest advantages of the investment is its location directly by the S8 expressway.
The location provides:
- quick access to Warsaw,
- convenient connections to highways and national roads,
- efficient organization of domestic transport,
- effective distribution of goods to international markets.
As a result, CTPark Warsaw Janki becomes an attractive place for both logistics companies and manufacturers looking for modern operational facilities in the immediate vicinity of the capital.
