January 17, 2023 – GLP has commissioned another facility in the immediate vicinity of Warsaw. The 24,000 sqm GLP Warsaw V Logistics Centre is located right next to the „Grodzisk Mazowiecki” junction of the A2 motorway. The sole tenant of the building will be the logistics company No Limit.
With the completion of the Warsaw V project, GLP now has over 160,000 sqm of modern warehouse and production space in the Masovian region. The five logistics parks in the GLP portfolio in this part of Poland are distinguished by their strategic location right next to major trans-European transport routes.
The commissioned GLP Warsaw V Logistics Centre is fully leased – 24,000 sqm of logistics and office space has been taken by No Limit, a company that has been developing international services in contract logistics, warehousing, distribution, and transport for over 30 years.
"This investment is a response to new projects and the growing demand of our contract logistics clients for their development in the CEE region. The technical conditions and the good location of the warehouse fit into the No Limit strategy and strengthen our position in the central region of Poland. Operations conducted in the facility based on the latest warehouse automation technologies will allow us to expand the scope of services and increase the efficiency of organized processes. This is a very important step for our organization." - says Mariusz Rączka, Business Unit Director of Logistics at No Limit.
“The area around Warsaw is a natural place for us to develop in response to the expectations of clients for whom technologically advanced buildings located near the most important communication routes provide a competitive advantage. Therefore, we will soon begin the construction of 39,000 sqm of warehouse and production space in Stary Konik, at the A2 motorway junction.” – comments Magdalena Górska-Wojtas, Business Development Manager at GLP.
All new GLP logistics centers are buildings that allow for storage up to 12 meters high, equipped with numerous solutions that promote utility savings, including smart metering and roofs adapted for the installation of photovoltaic panels.
The general contractor for the GLP Warsaw V Logistics Centre was CFE, and the client was represented by the agency Space4Logistics.
